Overview
The DC resistance measurement of windings is one of the routine tests for transformers. Its main purpose is to check whether the connection or mechanical characteristics between windings, between windings and leads are good, and whether the resistances between phases of windings are balanced, etc., so as to ensure the safe operation of transformers.
The series of transformer DC resistance testers developed and produced by our company adopt a 32 - bit ARM core as the processing core to control the whole machine, and automatically complete functions such as self - calibration, steady - current judgment, data processing, and resistance value display. They can measure the DC resistance of various types of transformers and mutual inductors. The instrument can directly work using the internal battery, which greatly facilitates the use of field workers.
